A new Blythe at home !

For my christmas, I’ve adopted a little sweety girl. It’s a Sunday Best ! She’s the third BL of the “tomatecerise familly”. I’m in love about this mold and I wish I can have all the BL one day…

Pour Noë, j’ai adopté une nouvelle adorable poupée… C’est une Sunday Best ! Elle est la troisième BL de la “famille tomatecerise”. J’adore le moule BL et je rêve d’avoir tous les modèles un jour…

(Cudie: Madame ze Cat winter hat, tomatecerise outfit / Marthe : vintage jacket, Rainy day parade overalls, Blythe socks and unknow boots/ Greta: Madame Ze Cat headband, tomatecerise marinière, skirt and tights, vintage skipper low boots)

This little Sunday Best is a NRFB (nerver remove from box). I was happy about that because, I imagined perfect and flawless… greater was my surprise when I discovered the appearance of her hair ! As you can see on the pics, the hair looks like glued… a kind of melted plastic or “an aging fluid protection” ?! I don’t know exactly what it’s happened.

Cette petite Sunday Best est une NRFB (nerver remove from box) soit une poupée neuve en boite. J’étais vraiment heureuse de ça car je l’imaginais parfaite et sans défaut… plus grande fut ma surprise lorsque j’ai découvert l’état de ses cheuveux ! Une horreur… comme vous pouvez le voir sur les photos, ils étaient collés entre eux, faisant de gros paquets durs et poisseux… je ne sais pas si c’est une dégénérescence du plastique (sorte de plastique fondu) ou une dégradation du “fluide de protection”?!

More fear than harm :)

Après un bon shampooing et un bain à l’assouplissant, tout est rentré dans l’ordre ! ouff

Fashion corner #1

Hi everybody ! I start tomorow a new “fashion section” in my blog.For several months I want to do it. So I present the first “fashion corner” by morganours.
What is it?! as in a “fashionista” blog, my dolls will present their outfit of the day.

So we start with two photos … Fanette (Kenner Blythe) & Telma (Raspberry sorbet custom by me).

Fannette is wearing an angora helmet made by Sakuraemma and a Madame Ze Cat mohair dress.

Bonjour tout le monde ! Je commenc aujourd’hui une nouvelle section “mode “dans mon blog. Cela fait plusieurs mois que je souhaitais le faire. Je vous présente donc le premier “fashion corner” par morganours.
En quoi cela consiste ?! comme dans un blog de “modeuse”, mes poupées vous présenteront leur outfit du jour.

On débute donc avec deux photos… Fanette (Kenner Blythe) & Telma (Raspberry sorbet customisée par moi même).

Telma wears an angora beret made by Tibiloo, a MforMonkey scarf, a vintage Wataru jacket and a tomatecerise vintage style overalls.

Shop news

Hi ! I want to show you my last creations. I’ve made some soft headbands, with velvet ribbon bow, in five different colors. I’ve used “Liberty of London” fabrics (3 different prints) to cover the headband. I hope you love them !

Bonjour ! Je veux vous présenter ma dernière création ! J’ai confectionné des serres têtes tout doux. Pour leur réalisation, j’ai utilisé 5 différents coloris de rubans en velours, ainsi que 3 sortes de tissus “liberty of London” pour recouvrir le serre tête. J’espère que ça vous plait.

Gipsy outfit for le jourB

And now, I finished the outfit for the jourB custom Blythe. On the agenda today: sequins embroidery on the scarf and making the belt.
You can now see Telma, wearing the complete outfit. I hope you enjoy. And do not forget to try your luck at the jourB raffle!

WIP, outfit for le jourB

Hi ! I’m currently working on sevral projects. I would like to show you my WIP around the outfit I made for the jourB custom blythe made by Ezekielle. She’s a beautiful gipsy girl and she’ll be win during the jourB raffle !

The outfits consists of a blouse, a patchwork skirt, a petticoat made with vintage lace, red tights, a gypsi scarf for hair and a wide leather belt.

Bonjour ! Je travaille actuellement sur différents projets. Je voudrais vous montrer mon “work in progress” de l’outfit que je réalise pour habiller la Blythe customisée par Ezekielle pour le jourB. C’est une superbe gipsy girl et elle est à gagner à la tombola du jourB !

L’outfit ce compose d’un chemisier brodé, d’une jupe gipsy, d’un jupon en dentelles anciennes, d’une paire de collants rouges, d’un foulard gipsy pour les cheveux et d’une ceinture serre-taille en cuir.

I love this technique because it’s gives a real antique charme to the clothes. It made me want to do more ! so, coming soon, the “tea time” collection :)

/Le jupon, après teinture au thé. J’adore cette technique car elle donne un vrai charme ancien aux vêtements. Ca m’a donné envie d’en faire plus… donc à venir, la “tea time” collection :)
Tomorow, I’ll made the wide leather belt to finish this outfit.
Demain, je m’attaque à la ceinture serre-taille en cuir, pour terminer cette outfit.

We love Bambina Carabina !

Me and my Blythes are in love about Gaia’s créations (Bambina Carabina)… and we love the girl behind the creations. Gaia is a sweet and generous girl. She throughs a difficult period and she needs our help. Friends organise a raffle to help her. You can see all the mervelous prices offered by the generous donators in the blog “we love la bambina“.

Mes Blythes et moi adorons Bambina Carabina ! Nous aimons également la personne qui se cache derrière les créations. Gaia est une personne adorable, douce et généreuse. Malheureusement, elle traverse une période difficile et a besoin de notre aide. Des amies ont décidé de l’aider en organisant une tombola. le jourB, what’s new ?!

I don’t remember if I spoke about le jourB before, but now, it’s time !
Le jourB, is a french Blythe convention around Blythe doll. I’m working on the organisation with friends between the first event in septembre 2010.

We are so happy to welcome all the Blythe lovers this 2011 December 3rd in Paris.
This years, the vendors stalls are:

We are organizing a big drawing lots on le Jour B, on 3rd December at 6 pm! There will be a lot of lots to win, including a customized doll by ezekielle on the gipsy theme! I’m in charge about the outfit realization.

BlytheCon UK J-2 : meet Awinita !

Today, I wish introduce you the two custom Blythe I’ve made for the BlytheCon UK.

The first one, is Awinita (means fawn in american native). She wears a speacial outfit, made in leather, feathers and pearls. I ‘ve made her littles minnetonka shoes embroidered with pearls, perfect for a walk in the forest.
She’ll waiting for her new mom (or dad), saturday, in my BlytheCon stall.

Aujourd’hui, je souhaite vous présenter les deux Blythe que j’ai customisées pour le BlytheCon UK.

La première est Awinita (prénom signifiant “faon” en indien d’Amérique). Elle porte un outfit spécial, que j’ai réalisé en cuir, plumes et perles. Les petits mocassins sont également fait main, en cuir, brodés de perles. L’idéal pour une promenade en forêt !
Elle attendra sa future maman (ou papa) sur mon stand, samedi, au BlytheCon de Londres.
